Well this is my little "creative nook". My name is Mel and I am the creator of this blog, although the idea was originally spurred on by - the one and only - Simon at Shillington College in London.
"Who is this Mel you speak of?" I am a designer and work for a small studio in Brisbane called JOLT. I also work part-time as an assistant teacher for Shillington College two nights a week. In my spare time - which I don't have much of - I decided to start a hobby-for-the-love-of-it-business of hand-painting russian matryoshka dolls, which led to "nushka dolls" being born. I have a number of other creative endeavors in the pipeline too to keep me on my toes!
I have really been enjoying working on this blog and checking out everyone else's nooks! I can't wait to get more creative's on board! Tell your friends! hehe
